With v0.8.4.1, extension misbehave

Fixed in v0.8.4.2.

For the record: this is the code which could cause the failure. If freeze was called before there was any filter in the dictionary, this would cause an exception to be thrown at the first attempt to add an ABP filter here, and the extension would be left in a bad state internally.
