Invalid version string "@package_version@" with consolidation/self-update 2.2.0 #231

With the update from the dependency consolidation/self-update to version 2.2.0 the following error will be occured

bin/cachetool

In VersionParser.php line 186:

  Invalid version string "@package_version@"

With version 2.1.0 everything works fine.

Thank you for reporting this issue, we should lockdown the self-update dependency to 2.1.0

Can you release it for version 8 too?
We can not update to version 9, because of a symfony dependency
