I just faced the same problem. You just need to go to Google Play and update Tango Core app.

@Kreshu hi buddy, for some political reasons i cannot get Tango Core via google play, i've tried apkpure.com or apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/ but failed. Do u have the latest Tango Core apk file and share it with me ?

Encountered the same issue when I reseted the device. Had to go to Google Play to update Tango Core which fixed the issue!
