Versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 were yanked from PyPI last week due to an issue where discovery documents were not included in the published package causing discovery.build() to fail (See #1214). One improvement that could be made is to use TestPyPI to verify the package before releasing to the public PyPI channel. We could document the procedure in a markdown file similar to this example which has steps for publishing a package to TestPyPI.
