Currently sys-install requires an additional unformatted disk and is not running "license refresh". The install code is a bit fragmented so a full refactor of the install process, allowing the user to select the data disk and fixing the license would be ideal.

It's also important to prevent any command execution if sys-install never ran.

Depends on #116 to continue.
