IBusHangul keyboard unusable

Issue description

The IBusHangul keyboard has a lot of weird behavior in Godot when typing in Korean mode.

• Trying to type a multiple block word just overwrites a single syllabic block.
• Unfinished syllabic blocks can't be deleted sometimes.
• (Multiline) Moving to another line via arrow keys while modifying a syllabic block duplicates it. This seems to be graphical only.
• (Multiline) Moving to another location via mouse while modifying a syllabic block will block typing in English until more Korean is typed.

I haven't been able to find similar behavior in other software.

Please check your systems IBus version, you might need to downgrade it because Ubuntu ships a broken version (maybe they updated it since I last checked, in that case please add this information)

My version is IBus 1.5.26, lower than the one in the issue. What version should I try downgrading to?

In that case you could try upgrading to 1.5.30, but it might very well be an issue with Godot then. I just add this info to all issues that seem tangentially related since it might be an easy fix for the user.

It may be a while before I can test this. I managed to brick the ibus-daemon...
