Requesting we append the enum name on the end of the enum value when hovering a var at runtime

Find myself using a lot of enums and I'm constantly having to lookup the current value which moves me away from the code I'm trying to debug. If we added the enum name when hovering the value, it would save a lot of lookup time and context switching. It would be a nice quality of life improvement (for me at least).

In Godot 4.4 (currently beta) these tooltips got an overhaul, especially when using the documentation comments feature.
