gnucap-python examples

These examples should run with either
$ gnucap $example.gc
or
$ python $example.py

Plugins must be available, consider adjusting LD_LIBRARY_PATH or
GNUCAP_PLUGPATH. if you did not intend to install this package, add the top
build directory to PYTHONPATH.
