Network Connectivity section in Run A Node should have updated values for bandwidth utilization

This is a longer-term issue that can be updated post-Merge

Problem

• Network Connectivity section in Run a Node currently utilizes a study done on in 4th May 2022, with a benchmark for monthly traffic
• We should expand on this section as many homestakers will run into these issues (e.g. Comcast' monthly bandwidth limits that @jbradach mentioned)

Tasks

• Work with Core Devs to run revised bandwidth test on different clients
• Check with Core Devs on the advisable number of peers (does this affect traffic?)
• Check with Core Devs on upper bound of validators that can be run per machine (I have heard that it is 10,000 - see https://www.symphonious.net/2022/04/06/exploring-eth2-cost-of-adding-validators/)
