C# support is blocked by OmniSharp/omnisharp-roslyn#1269

We are transitioning to using VS Code extensions. So it doesn't make too much sense to start working on a Theia-only extension for C# at this point.

@svenefftinge is C# supported via the normal VSCode extension, is this issue still relevant?
