Run all methods including setUp, __constructor, ...

Hi,

I create first test

When I run my test phpunit run all methods including setUp, __constructor and others

When I downgrade phpunit/phpunit from 9.6.8 to 9.3.11 then only methods with prefix "tests" are started.

Is there some incompatibility?

Check out #457 (comment) to get the newest commit that does not suffer from this bug. However this library seems abandoned and dependencies should be replaced.
