Add example for voice-controlled Chess game using WASM

Just had an idea for a new example app that allows you to make Chess moves using voice.
The example will run in a web-page and will be based on the existing command / command.wasm examples.

The idea is to have something like this, but without requiring a cloud service for speech recognition:

Thanks to Whisper, it will support 100 languages.
When it's ready, we can try to pitch it to Lichess or Chess.com 😄
