Descriptions should be displayed during credential/parameter generation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently credentials allow for the definition of description field, but that is not being used during generation of credentials.
On the other hand parameters do not define a description field and it will be useful to have on.

Describe the solution you'd like
During generation of both resources, adding the description as part of the selection/population process will allow a greater understanding of what each component is supposed to do with the supplied description.
