Describe the bug

Following the steps here to install jaeger installs a bundle with no name.

Uninstalling this bundle seems impossible

To Reproduce

Follow the steps here then run porter list

Expected behavior

The bundle should have a name

Version

porter v1.0.14 (0e739d8)

It seems you can uninstall using porter uninstall --reference ghcr.io/getporter/examples/otel-jaeger:v0.1.0
