The button/link points to https://app.getkaiwa.com/oauth/start, which is a GitHub pages 404 (after accepting the SSL cert for the wrong domain).

The whole http://app.getkaiwa.com site is a 404. In this repo (kaiwa-site) there's a python script to start a flask app that contains the oauth endpoints: https://github.com/digicoop/kaiwa-site/blob/475496be94aadd4701fef0e09d73a12ac2958337/app/app.py
