RSS feed not updating

My ATOM feed updates fine, but the RSS feed will not update. I've turned off all caching, both within Grav and on my webserver, but I can't get them to update.

Is there a way to force the feeds to update?

Running the latest version of Grav and the feed plugin.

my ATOM works fine. Json works fine. RSS in always empty (0 bytes).

LOL nice to see that 2 years later this is still open. That's why i stopped using Grav.

were you both running Quark open publishing? RSS works fine for everyone else, so must be something non-standard.
