Gauge plugin has stopped working on VSCode

Gauge plugin recently stopped working for me on VS-Code 1.54.1 and Dotnet 5.0.103
Can anyone please help to resolve this issue? I tried removing and installing the plugin several times in different ways. Yet every time its throwing an error while loading.
