Consider creating a tagged release

Dear Ozgun,

I would like to add MUSIC to bioconda, a channel for the conda package manager specializing in bioinformatics software. To do so, we would like to have a tagged release with a git tarball for MUSIC. A tagged release adds version stability and we would not have to clone from untagged git revisions.
So, please consider creating a tagged release under the Release section of your repository.
