Publish org.javacs.lsp?

Hi,

Since Eclipse lsp4j does not support jpms, it won't work well with our project. I came across this project and found a small implementation of the protocol, which is great! Do you plan to publish this module (https://github.com/georgewfraser/java-language-server/tree/master/src/main/java/org/javacs/lsp) to maven central or something? If you own the javacs.org domain name (and can add pages to this domain), I can help you with the maven central registration & upload.

If you don't care, I would just extract these codes and publish them myself, but you might be unhappy about it. So I'm asking.
