I have recently encountered issues with the Guake terminal on my Ubuntu 22.04 LTS system with the Openbox window manager and the aforementioned terminal. Specifically, when I activate the Guake terminal (I have set the terminal to bottom-align instead of top-align), the system believes that only around 10% of the full display width (2560x1600) is available. With more mature status bars (Polybar, Tint2) the drop-down terminal is able to handle the full width or width as appropriate (so when my Tint2 configuration is set to a vertical setup the width is successfully reduced as appropriate). Therefore, I believe that the problem with my drop-down terminal is related to the execution of my horizontal Yabar configuration.
