Currently depends on an Eclipse project import to work. Next step is to change that to a Maven model import.
Walking back previous branches attempt to take shex work out of Minerva. Decided that its too project-specific for its own maven module at this point. Moved from server into core as it could be used in the command line utility as well as on the server.
