relation for extension is excluded from download file
I know I have reported this before about a year ago. You can't interpret the extension in the download without the relation. Dat currently looks like this:

I was trying to access protein kinase annotations with extensions so that I could assess whether we had made the reciprocal added_by(gene_product) to our modification annotations.
I would imagine that users are more interested in searching/accessing/downloading annotation extensions by "type" in the first instance. However, it seems that the annotation extension filter only allows any filtering by GO ID.
