Link to where talk is positioned on the grid after add/move

Add the anchor to the slot that the talk is now in to the url so that it jumps to that slot when the view is loaded. Only do this if everything has gone as planned. Saves user from having to find it to check is in right place. Only a slight inconvenience, if any, on a large touchscreen. A PITA if you've got a smaller viewable area or have to navigate by keypad. Not sure about impact on screenreaders (but would love to know).
