Azure provides interesting things to handle concurrency such as:

leases (don't think there is any S3 equivalent)
If-Match (don't think there is any S3 equivalent)
snapshots (versionning in S3)

S3 and FileSystem will need additional work to support the full Azure feature set, but such feature are definitely worth it, in a cloud environment.
