ep_tables is dead.. long life ep_tables2 (new repo)

As this project seems dead, and that it was a very important plugin for me, I created a new repo based on this one and fixed the problems.

Issues #5 , #7, #8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #14 & #15 are fixed

@gedion If you plan to continue to manage this plugin, I'll be happy to make a pull-request with the changes I've made and let you run it.

Issue #16 is fixed... the tables are working again in the timeslider page.

Issue #13 is partially fixed.
There is only a hook for HtmlExport, so now it works for Html
I can't do other formats (the one proposed by default).
And for the export formats that are added via plugins, the dev of the plugin must do it in his code, so it's another story for another time.
