X_section Intersection failed with DEM

The function ends without output when creating the intersection between the DEM and a cross-section. In old projects, intersections appear in the DEM table and 3D view but not in the cross-section view. In new projects, DEM intersections cannot be created. However, surfaces and lines can still be intersected.
