in #541 it was noted that you need to call screen.Init() on a screen that you create from tcell.NewTerminfoScreenFromTtyTerminfo().
screen.Init()
tcell.NewTerminfoScreenFromTtyTerminfo()
This however will not work because on Windows that function just returns ErrNoScreen: https://github.com/gdamore/tcell/blob/main/tscreen_stub.go#L25

Indeed, support for Windows Pseudoconsole / ConPTY (using Windows Terminal) is currently not implemented.
FWIW I have started work on this here: delthas@28d16dd and it works OK, but there are a few issues here and there so I'm not opening a PR yet.

The trivial fix for this doesn't solve everything, but it should enable you to supply a custom TTY now.
