Summary

This appears to be a Node 18 issue whereas this asset runs stabling on Node 14.

Looks like this Git Issue in the create-rect-app repository also cases the issue:
facebook/create-react-app#11565

Fix

 npm install react@latest react-dom@latest npm install next@12
