• /.devcontainer/
• Dockerization (building an actual container)

Agreed. It might help out new people too, like Alex. I have the Docker and Kubernetes extensions on my VSCode.

VSCode uses devcontainers which are essentially docker containers inside VSCode. But you can have docker containers in a Docker folder.
