After compiling , I am trying to run this program but I get Segmentation Fault (Core Dumped) message.

Please, add here further information (OS type, OS version, exploit version, core dump content).

Does the crash occurs a few minutes after launching the exploit ? If yes please read this comment: dirtycow/dirtycow.github.io#25 (comment).

@fnugroho Hi, I've just tested the exploit on a Ubuntu 16.04, brand new, without any software upgrade.
It works pretty well, without any issue.
Reading the uname output:
Linux ubuntu 4.4.0-31-generic #50-Ubuntu SMP
I see that you aren't using the default kernel version for that distro.
Are you sure that that version is exploitable (4.4.0-45-generic #66) ?
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-protect-your-server-against-the-dirty-cow-linux-vulnerability
Which version of the exploit are you using ?

Oh, thank you sir @gbonacini , I trying this scanner https://github.com/iamjohnnym/dirty-cow-scanner , I think 4.4.0-45-generic not vulnerable :) , I switch to old kernel in my Ubuntu 4.4.0-31-generic the exploit works fine :)
