Reported by Dan McCain:

In looking at an old test report in the IAIP, one of our newer engineers clicked the delete button (the X) on the tool bar at the top of the window and found out she was able to delete/clear a report that had already been closed out. The way the database is set up, once I close out a report as the manager, the engineers can’t edit anything for that test report/reference number, so they shouldn’t be able to delete it either.

This is not a high priority issue, just a glitch that we discovered with the IAIP.
