例如：
1.立委候選人得票超過該區選民人數十分之一，候選人可拿回20萬選舉保證金（公職人員選舉罷免法第 32 條）
2.立委候選人得票超過該區最高得票的三分之一，候選人每票就可得到30元補助（公職人員選舉罷免法第 43 條）
3.組黨團最低人數（立法院組織法第 33 條）
4.政黨票 -> 不分區立委
