Possible to have a custom target-usage?

It seems that the gstreamer target-usage value in this plugin aligns with the ffmpeg vaapi -compression_level setting for the default vaapi encoder.

This means that there doesnt appear to be a way to enable the encoders preencode option or vbaq on AMD gpus (except the hard coded balanced profile of 1) with high quality as those would require values above 7. Is it possible to allow for a custom value for this?

I have no idea if that option is exposed via VAAPI even. But since this plugin is a very simple bridge between GStreamer and OBS and also simply passes through all of its options you would have to take this issue upstream.
