RLC-520A v0.63 no motion detection

After upgrade, motion, person and car detecion - Unavailable. Integration reloaded, camera rebooted.

Issue also present for RLC-820A

Person/vehicle detection does work, but it does not retain a clear state.

Regular motion detection is a bit flaky as well:
Motion is detected only once. After that no new motion is reported and HA will mark the camera as unavailable after 15 minutes (timeout?). Connectivity is restored some time after that.

This does not appear to be the standard behaviour, but does happen quite often.
