Describe the bug
Cannot add camera (RLC-510WA) to Home Assistant

To Reproduce
Add a new camera and the error will occur

Expected behavior
Should be able to add the camera without

Environment:
Please provide useful information about your environment, like:

  • Home Assistant version: 2022.12.8
  • Reolink camera model: RLC-510WA
  • Camera firmware number: v3.1.0.764_21121712

Additional context
I tried both port 80 and 443 with HTTPS enabled or disabled. I am still seeing the erro.

the same problem here with RLC-510, can't connect to camera with provided local IP, doesn't matter what port, http/https enabled.

I figured out that is due to having special character in my password. After removing the ! from my password it works as expected.
