<tdc-component tdc={{size: "sm", variant: {default: "hover", sm: "focus"}}} />

can be converted to:

<tdc-component size="sm" variant={{default: "hover", sm: "focus"}} />

And then we compile to:

<TdcComponent tdc={{/*compile result*/}} size="sm" variant={{default: "hover", sm: "focus"}} />
