Rename `rowcount` and `totalrowcount` to use camelCase #52

The goal is to keep being consistent with the rest of the library output.

This might break things, the fields are used at least in https://github.com/datopian/datapackage-views-js/. So I suggest using semantic versioning and do this update with the next major version.
