Description

  • Updated the .github/workflows/release.yml to remove the tag parameter.

  • Ensured compatibility with the latest Rust version in srtool.

  • Prepared for the v0.28.0 pre-release by updating version and runtime spec_version.

  • Updated Cargo.lock and golden files for consistency.
