It looks like you are missing MySQL driver in PHP. For example php8.0-mysql or php7.4-mysqli

Make sure that correct version of PHP is using in console by running: php -v

Make sure that extensions are also enabled in console version by running: php -m

It fixes potential issue which could cause installation errors.
