Here is a sample of an email received by a new user invited to manage one account (Body of the email):
We use spanish language.
How to fix it?
And I have 2 more questions:
If we share some setups between email accounts (like canned answers, or knowledge base), how can we copy between them, or better, has one as "main" to avoid copy and edit in all email accounts?
Can we share the Chat between all accounts? (that all accounts can receive chats from same widget)?
