## Progress 5/4

* Fix bug where heatmap doesn't know how to handle the very first image of a job
* Remove >100mB file from Git history so that we can continue using GitHub.
* Create a setup function for each processing step that is run when a new job is created.
* Worked with Jo on getting outputs to refresh on the website
* Reorganized the way that the access module calls the chunk module
* Add processing step that automatically runs the crowd module
* Add JSON output to crowd module
* Modify website to display crowd JSON results.
* Add blueprint projection processing step to jobmanager
* Modify website to display blueprint projection images
* Refactor jobmanager to be more concise
