0.28.0

What operating system are you using?

MacOS

What system architecture are you using?

x86

What happened

No matter what command, if the output includes a block explorer url it always has the mainnet starkscan url. It would be convenient to show sepolia url for example when the command was against testnet.

  • I have searched the existing issues and verified no issue exits for this problem.
