Forge scripts not working with custom precompiles

Right now I'm trying to use forge script to deploy a contract that calls a custom precompile on the Avalanche Fuji network. In the constructor of the contract, it calls for the custom precompile Warp.getBlockchainID, but can't recognize the custom precompile and its implementation.
