Some validators details are not updating #33

Due to the bug in cosmos/cosmos-sdk#4099, some validators info is not updating. Need to find another way round to update them.

should fix this with https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/releases/tag/v0.34.2

close with https://github.com/forbole/big_dipper/releases/tag/v0.34.2 which adapted the Cosmos SDK v0.34.2
