Once in a while there is an error while saving the changes

Error: A MergeStrategy of 'Disallowed' does not allow you to attach an entity when an entity with the same key is already attached: UserElementCell:#BusinessObjects-2:::54

Seek & destroy!

The error was happening when an entity marked as deleted but not yet saved to remote and meanwhile another entity was getting created with same Ids.

It was happening when using userService increase / decrease / reset actions.

Now, in such state, it rejects the changes of the deleted entity and keep using it, instead of trying to create a new one.
