Bad sites

i would like to report a link that is not functioning as intended. The link is at https://fmhy.net/file-tools#mega-tools
(In the fmhy website, go to file tools then mega tools)
the 3rd link there, mega doctor , is broken, when clicked it presents a page not found error.
