[feature request] support Lark custom bot #216

Lark is an IM service very like Slack. https://www.larksuite.com/

It provides the custom bot in a group just like Slack bot. Just need to provide a webhook address you can send messages as a bot to a group. It is the detail usage doc: https://open.larksuite.com/document/uAjLw4CM/ukTMukTMukTM/bot-v3/use-custom-bots-in-a-group#-e70e541

Hope to support to send the notification to Lark custom bot.
