Describe the problem

this URL is invalid because we no longer use docs.flutter.dev
https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/install/macos#android-setup.
I change this to https://docs.flutter.dev/get-started/install/macos/mobile-android#configure-android-development

Expected fix

use valid URL docs.flutter.dev

Additional context

No response

I would like to fix this problem.

I will try and fix this problem on docs.flutter.dev.
