Receive a Call to Action

Prereq: I am subscribed to status updates for a particular hotspot

1. Weather gets bad, I receive a notification

2. I go to http://flowin.eu-gb.mybluemix.net/ (it knows me because of a cookie)

3. At the top, I see a big red message:

   "Alert: We need your help. The hotspot Jellyfish requires cleaning."

4. I am walking to the hotspot and clean it

5. I go to http://flowin.eu-gb.mybluemix.net/

6. I press the green button

7. I take and upload a new picture (image is detected as belonging to an existing hotspot)

8. I see a message, e.g. "Thank you for uploading a new picture for this hotspot"

9. I rate the hotspot status with "Thumbs Up"

10. I see a message, e.g. "Thank you for rating the status of this hotspot"

Important: There are no points for doing the cleaning, as we don't know who did it. We are only interested in people reporting status.
