Create a new Hotspot

1. I go to http://flowin.eu-gb.mybluemix.net/
2. I press the green button
3. I take and upload a picture (image is detected as being a new hotspot)
4. I get a message, e.g. "Thank you for reporting a new hotspot"
5. I rate the hotspot status with "Thumbs Down"
6. I get a message, e.g. "Thank you for rating the status of this hotspot."
7. I see a list of updates for this hotspot, e.g. recent photos with mine at the top, indicator for the hotspot's status at each previous update
